Why do people do full body hygiene routines at the gym???

I get showering at the gym after a workout, but what's the deal with dudes bringing in full hygiene kits to do full body routines in the gym locker rooms? I'll see these dudes come in with legit tackle boxes of hygiene products. Then they'll take up a communal sink for half an hour like they own it - shaving their faces, brushing their teeth, styling their hair, and drying their balls off with the communal hair dryer provided by the facility. Why can't they do that chit at home like everyone else?
