need help and advice to build a workout plan/schedule
Im going to turn my schedule into this
Monday - friday work and then go home and workout
saturday and sunday - either break or work out
So Im trying to think of a good workout plan/schedule to follow through for a couple of months until I can advance. I am 18 years old, 5'6 but only weighing in about 120 pounds. People see me eat and always wonder why Im not fat, I eat average or sometimes more yet I never grow and I only came to the solution that it is genetics and fast matabolism.
But Im going to try protein and multi vitamins.
I honestly am completely new to this, I have a light build with some shaping, but I havent really workout seriously for a timeframe of my life so now Im going to be doing it.
Can anyone advise or help me either through this thread or pm of a good plan to use Mon- sunday and supplements and all.
Im planning to take multi vitamins and protein.
Im looking to build my chest and arms mostly and a bit of my leg. I am more looking to gain a bit of weight and make my arms fatter and have the shape!
