So, I order my items about 150 bucks worth of goods and the day it was delivered I wasn't home yet. When I got home I checked the tracking information again and it said the package was left at my front door step but I looked around my house, with no sign of the package. I thought maybe they miss-scanned the package but It didn't show up the next day either so I was really certain now that it was stolen and I can't blame bodybuilding.com or Ontrac. I live in the West Side or the Ghetto side of my town where I live and when people see things they will take it. I got in contact with bodybuilding and they were glad to helping me with my problem. I was sent a replacement order and this is why I can always trust bodybuilding.com .

Their customer service is unreal. I had a similar situation one time where I messed up ordering my order and they sent me double of everything free of charge even though it was my fault lol

I had this happen and bb.com replaced it when they didn't have to. Solid customer service.

Ship future packages to your work address if you can. BB.com is also great about forwarding delivery instructions to the carrier, i.e. "Leave the package behind the planter/screen door, or at the back door."

Solid customer service by bb.com! Next time ask for sign on delivery, if no one is home to sign for the package you just pick it up at the post office and nothing gets stolen.
