    Is It Ok To Do Legs??

    Monday i did squats. Tuesday i went to football practice and did cardio for like an hour after. Today...Wednesday.... Im spose to do power cleans bu my legs r achin bad. Did my legs get enough recovery or is it alrite to go do power cleans??

    should give ur legs more than 1 day of rest, atleast 3 or 4 days imo
