Monday i did squats. Tuesday i went to football practice and did cardio for like an hour after. Today...Wednesday.... Im spose to do power cleans bu my legs r achin bad. Did my legs get enough recovery or is it alrite to go do power cleans??

If your legs are aching then they did not recover yet. Give it a day or two.
