I'm going to be fourteen in a month and I'm about to start lifting weights. But will I be able to build as much muscle as say 15lbs in my first year (a hear alot of people saying that would be normal forr a noob) due to my age (and therefore lack of testosterone)? I've heard of teenagers gaining 20lbs in there first year of training but they were all 16-19 years old. So if its all done right how much muscle can I gain in my first year of training?

Puberty will definitely help you get some gains.
Its good to start early.

I started when I was 13 too, never was too serious because I play rugby more but I've gained about 20lbs and stayed lean so I'd say definitely go for it, you will probably gain more muscle as your body will get shocked by the weights and grow faster too
Bench: 255lbs (115kg)
Squat: 320lbs (145kg)
Deadlift: 430lbs (195kg)
