So i am going to get serious about the gym. I decided i'm going to do a 3-day split. Also there is no need to put cardio in because I play sports and I jog to the gym. I thought i might do Legs/Abs/Upper Body. I probably want to split them up by main muscle groups.
What do you think? Any suggestions?
