ok I have done a 4 week 1-ad/4-ad cycle 600mg/day 1-ad 400 4-ad. I have a bottle of 6-oxo which I plan to use, I am currently on the last few days of 1-ad and would like to know when and how much 6-oxo I should take, so that my nutts recover in time for next weekendany feedback is appreciated, thx

Max reccomended dosing is 600mg a day. For a four week cycle I would be inclined to go with 400mg the first week, 300mg the second and 200mg till bottle is gone. If we were talking a 6-10 week cycle I would start out at 600mg a day and step down from there.
You may not need that much stimulation to get back to normal but the increased T levels are going to be good period.
If you want to be more conservative go with 300mg the first week and 200mg for the rest of the bottle.
