I know I need 3000 cals, 600g fat, and 205g protein but I can't seem to get some foods together to have a basic meal plan.
I'm not asking everyone to do the work for me but a point in the right direction would be amazing helpful, I read boyscouts guide but I'm still at a bit of a loss.
And am I missing anything in the diet I want it to be nearly perfect.

December: 138 pnds
Short Term Goal: 160 by March (1.79 pounds per week)
Long Term Goal: 190 pnds 9% BodyFat
Currently following Rippetoes starting strength program.
Supps:
Creatine Mono
Fish Oil
Multi Vitamin
100% Whey Protein
ZMA
Fiber Tablets
