    having a lot fo trouble getting my diet straight.

    I know I need 3000 cals, 600g fat, and 205g protein but I can't seem to get some foods together to have a basic meal plan.

    I'm not asking everyone to do the work for me but a point in the right direction would be amazing helpful, I read boyscouts guide but I'm still at a bit of a loss.

    And am I missing anything in the diet I want it to be nearly perfect.
    December: 138 pnds

    Short Term Goal: 160 by March (1.79 pounds per week)
    Long Term Goal: 190 pnds 9% BodyFat

    Currently following Rippetoes starting strength program.

    Supps:
    Creatine Mono
    Fish Oil
    Multi Vitamin
    100% Whey Protein
    ZMA
    Fiber Tablets

    20% carbs=150g carbs
    40% protein=300g protein
    40% fat=133 g fats

    You need 2g protein per lb of bodyweight(or lean mass). Either way, eat complete proteins, and go without high fructose corn syrup.

    Most important thing, maintenance calories +500. 4-6 meals a day, eat meat and drink milk.
