    I'm cutting now, hope this is not to much to ask but can someone give me a good workout with the weekends off.

    the possibilities are endless, as your bulking workout and cutting workout should be basicaly the same. just make sure to hit each bodypart approximately once per week, do NOT fall into the myth of higher reps for cutting, keep the weights heavy, lower you kCals slightly, and start to incorporate some form of cardio into your routine.

    Why not a 3-day split?

    Monday: Legs/Abs
    Tuesday: Cardio
    Wednsday: Back/Biceps/Forearms
    Thursday: Cardio
    Friday: Chest/Tricep/Shoulders
    Saturday: Cardio/Rest
    Sunday: Rest
