are you suppose to have your arms lock-out when holding the weight? ,same goes for lunges. cause i would think bending the arm would work the bicep a little. Also when i bend my right arm at the elbow i notice some popping right on the elbow joint ,it's kinda like bone rubbing against bone but it does'nt hurt, could this be bone spurs ? Should i just stretch it out a little before i hold the weight or no need to stretch because i'm not working the bicep's? thanx

when I do leg lunges, I always find I could not hold the dumbells long enough for my legs to get a burn, so I started using wrist straps now for that exercise and find it much more effective.
