Anyone who’s experienced this,
How do u manage the mental and physical fatigue that comes with college?
Currently cutting but I Find myself extremely sore, tired, lack of motivation, workouts are poor/lifting lighter, taking an extra rest day here and there

Lack of motivation is something you are just going to have to learn how to control. Instead of thinking of it as "man, I am really unmotivated," think of it as "nothing will fall into my lap from the sky. Anything I want in my life, I need to manifest through my own efforts and accomplishments.
I will say in terms of your stress though - consider meditation. I am not talking about the hippy legs-crossed "ooommmmmm" bullsh!t. I mean genuine stress reducing meditation. It will literally change the physical composition of your brain. Your Hypocampus wall literally increases in thickness. This is a quantifiable, scientifically proven occurrence.
