Id throw out cookies and replace a shake at night wiht cottage cheese, a tbsp of Peanut Butter, and a little bit of milk.

Are you cutting or maintaining ? It doesnt seem nearly enough for a bulk, then again, i dont count "shakes" as actual meals.
    Hehehehe Hahahaha Whohohohoh

Just throwin some logic in there.

I want to start cutting and keep most muscle. Is this alright for cutting? If not what would be a better diet to cut?

CUT OUT THE WHOLE-WHEAT TOAST. TOO MANY CARBS IF YOU ASK ME.

    (Meal 2)
    1 Protein Drink 12-16 oz
    1 friut
    water
HOW MANY GRAMS OF PROTEIN IN THE PROTEIN DRINK? IF IT'S UNDER 30 THAN I'D SAY ADD SOMETHING TO GET ABOUT 40G OF PROTEIN.

    (Meal 3)
    Chicken Sandwich (lots of chicken)
    2 Oatmeal cookies.
    THROW OUT THE COOKIES.

    OR

    Tuna fish Salad
GO WITH THE CHICKEN SANDWHICH, NO MAYO!!!

    (Meal 4)
    Peanut butter sandwich
    Apple Juice
    OR Gatorade
LOOKS OKAY BUT GET SOME MORE PROTEIN HERE. MAKE SURE IT'S NATTY PB.

    (Meal 5)
    Choice of any meat.
    Choice vegetable
Choice of bake potatoe, rice, pasta, or sweet potato
WHEN DO YOU WORKOUT? IF THIS IS POST-WORKOUT THAN FINE, OTHERWISE SOUNDS LIKE TOO MANY CARBS (ESPECIALLY LATE(R) AT NIGHT) -- ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE CUTTING.

    (Meal 6)
    Before Bed: Protein Drink
GO FOR SOME COTTAGE CHEESE AND A HEALTHY FAT.
My revisions are in CAPITALS. Also, if you're cutting can you do cardio 1st thing after you wake up and before eating?

Its weird cuz it looks pretty good to me, except considering that im cutting. It seems like there are probably some diets that are better for cutting. Because im going to cut for about 8 weeks and im hoping to drop my body fat percentage to about 8-9% and its about 14-15% right now.

yea i am around 15% bf and trying to drop to about 9%. A diet is only good if u can stick to it. If u dont have a perfect one that u can stick to its better then one thats perfect but u cheat. I am taking the ECA stack starting today to help with cutting.

ECA stack is Epedrine, Caffine and asprin. I am not taking the asprin since i have been told u dont need it and i am experiementing with out it. Its suppose to be the strongest combo out there. U cycle it. U only suppose to use it for 6 weeks from what i have read. Do some research theres lots of articles on it on here
