Id throw out cookies and replace a shake at night wiht cottage cheese, a tbsp of Peanut Butter, and a little bit of milk.
Are you cutting or maintaining ? It doesnt seem nearly enough for a bulk, then again, i dont count "shakes" as actual meals.Hehehehe Hahahaha Whohohohoh

ECA stack is Epedrine, Caffine and asprin. I am not taking the asprin since i have been told u dont need it and i am experiementing with out it. Its suppose to be the strongest combo out there. U cycle it. U only suppose to use it for 6 weeks from what i have read. Do some research theres lots of articles on it on here
