    I eat the exact same most days, especially when im cutting. Frozen broccoli or stir fry, grilled chicken and a microwaved potato. However you need to add in some healthy fats into your meals brah. Drizzle some olive oil or eat some almonds, something. (Ded fkn Srs)

    this, I like the meal and mire the sweet potato especially

    however, there is literally no fat

    either

    a) switch out the brocoli for a cold salad mxied with EVOO

    b) replace the chicken breast for fatty meat like wings, thighs with skin on or pork or beef

    c) fatty condiment like mayo or salad dressing

    d) add a bowl of olives or avocado or nuts

    I feed elderly dogs 2x the protein (35%+) of the young ones and their muscle still just fades away over time. Sad! I suspect a lot of it is due to lack of hormone production. Need to be on that test as an oldcel, imo.

    Honestly, that looks a lot like a typical cut meal on my end, except I like to marinade and grill my chicken breasts and cut my sweet potatoes into the shape of fries, toss with salt and spices, and bake.
