Please tell me how to get rid of the fat on my stomach, i have pictures. I was around 290 lbs doing powerlifting and then i tried to lean out but my fat remained. I used to have a flat stomach at 230lbs but now i am at 220 and look like ****. I don't even wanna live like this anymore. This is embarassing because i had abs couple years ago before i became fat for powerlifting. I have too much stomach fat and even if i went to 150 pounds id still have it. I only lost muscle mass leaning out i didnt lose fat. Somebody please help me, PLEASE HELP ME
Eat in a deficit while lifting and getting sufficient protein. Be patient and, eventually, the fat will go. That's what everybody with too much stomach fat has to do.
You also have to consider that your skin needs time to shrink up after a big gain and loss. That can take a year or so after you hit your goal weight.
