started drinking 2 servings (4 scoops) of Amino Lean in 28oz while performing warm-up sets & finished the remaining 3/4 before 335lb sets; as a pre-workout: pump, energy & alertness were reliable for the raw session. Passionfruit flavoring isn't too distinctive, instead the sweetening seems to be overemphasized & was hoping it would have been naturally colored like Amino Focus.

During the use of Amino Lean I've only done short bursts of high intensity cardio and my weight has actually gone down a pound and am looking a bit leaner. Most notably, this makes for a great intra-workout at 4 scoops when you take about half before the first heavy high rep set. I'd definitely recommend it as it was even on a bogo deal last week!
For this session I decided to take 2 scoops of Amino Lean & 2 of Amino Focus pre-workout and it felt very nice mentally as well as energetically; concentrated on a full range of motion stretch & finished w/very low flyes
