Hi, I have been working out for the past month at my local gym I am about 120 pounds and I have very weak cardio I lose breath fast. I am very picky when it comes to food as I don't like salad at all and tomatos pickles etc. What is a good diet for someone as picky as me and any other advice -thanks in advance

I'm not completely sure what you are asking but if you want to improve cardio vascular endurance then the only thing I can think of is stay hydrated and train consistently but remember there IS such a thing as too much exercise and people can end up fixating on this. I also recommend you read the nutrition stickies and maybe see a nutritionist about some healthy foods? The main things you should only be looking at right now are calories and proteins since you're only 120 pounds I'm guessing you're not at risk of high blood sugar or anything of the sorts

You shouldn't be "dieting" at 13. And by dieting we (nutritionists) mean following a set pattern of food intake. You should seek to take in adequate protein and fat per day and consume a few balanced meals that provide adequate micro nutrients (vitamins/minerals). For your weight you want to try and get 80-100g of protein and 50g of fat per day. These vital macro nutrients are necessary for the body to function properly and grow. To simplify: eat well, exercise, sleep, enjoy your life.
