I set myself up for failure. With farah, i was expecting a significantly improved ramy. I'm sure his condition will be better, but I'm not counting on kai-esque glute feathering anymore haha

I love the guy, but I'm in awe at the fact that he is not putting it together as conditioning is something ANYONE can attain, specifically when you're damn near 300lbs ON STAGE.

You're sugar coating it. Sure he may come in looking decent in the end, but when other athletes, even natural ones, can be leaps more conditioned a month out, it doesn't mean Ramy is in "good" condition. He is pretty soft and smooth to where someone SHOULD be at this point instead of relying on last minute changes just to come in decent
