Warmer weather means a lot of things, but I've noticed it also indicates an uptick in weekend brunches. And what better way to enjoy a nice brunch while still staying lean than by whipping up some healthy brunch recipes, like these Isoflex Protein Crepes?

Or perhaps you're more in the mood for some IsoNatural vanilla tropical fruit pancakes?

While AllMaxNutrition.com has plenty of recipes, we're looking to see what you can whip up with Isoflex, IsoNatural, AllWhey, or any other ingredients you have handy. Post your favorite healthy brunch recipes for a chance to win an AllMax Nutrition prize pack with Isoflex, H:Vol, and other great products!

Easiest way is to use 2tbsp peanut butter, 1scoop protein, 1/2cup oatmeal (banana nut bread is my preferred choice) then mix it with 2tbsp water. Mixing with that little water takes a little while but it makes a quest like bar that tastes better and the PB covers up the grittiness of protein

For perfect protein bars you have to get VitaFiber, the main ingredient (i****lto-oligosaccharides) is used in quest bars and I'm sure other bars too.
    For 1 bar:
    1/4 cup Protein Powder
    1/8 cup VitaFiber
    1/2 tbsp Almond Flour
Whatever else you want to add for flavor

A recent one I did was a chocolate pretzel flavored.

Directions: Mix all ingredients besides VitaFiber in a bowl. Heat Up VitaFiber in a pan until it begins to bubble, immediately add to other ingredients and mix with a spoon until it all begins to be consistent throughout. Pour onto plate (or anything really) and form a bar. Refrigerate for ~30 minutes and chow down! It's a perfect consistency and tastes great. It does get a bit sticky while making it though.

My recipe for a peach cobbler protien shake
at most 1/4 cup of oatmeal
1 fresh peach, if in season
1 heaping scoop of Isoflex vanilla protien
    milk
    cinnamon to taste
put oatmeal in blender, I usually just put enough to fill the bottom not even covering the blades. Add peach, the fresh peaches from Porter Ok are some of the best if you are close, and blend. Add Protien, milk of your choice and cinnamon. Blend well and enjoy

    Crepes
    1 Scoop Allmax Isoflex
    1 cup milk
    Dash of Splenda or Sugar
    Dash of Cornstarch
    1/2 cup flour

This will be your base, it will be thin , but crepes come out very thin. Just fill the skillet enough with the batter to cook and flip quick
once they are done you can stuff with whichever you prefer, berries, banana's, jam, peanut butter, yogurt and get creative.
