For perfect protein bars you have to get VitaFiber, the main ingredient (i****lto-oligosaccharides) is used in quest bars and I'm sure other bars too.
For 1 bar:
1/4 cup Protein Powder
1/8 cup VitaFiber
1/2 tbsp Almond Flour
Whatever else you want to add for flavor
A recent one I did was a chocolate pretzel flavored.
Directions: Mix all ingredients besides VitaFiber in a bowl. Heat Up VitaFiber in a pan until it begins to bubble, immediately add to other ingredients and mix with a spoon until it all begins to be consistent throughout. Pour onto plate (or anything really) and form a bar. Refrigerate for ~30 minutes and chow down! It's a perfect consistency and tastes great. It does get a bit sticky while making it though.

My recipe for a peach cobbler protien shake
at most 1/4 cup of oatmeal
1 fresh peach, if in season
1 heaping scoop of Isoflex vanilla protien
milk
cinnamon to taste
put oatmeal in blender, I usually just put enough to fill the bottom not even covering the blades. Add peach, the fresh peaches from Porter Ok are some of the best if you are close, and blend. Add Protien, milk of your choice and cinnamon. Blend well and enjoy

Crepes
1 Scoop Allmax Isoflex
1 cup milk
Dash of Splenda or Sugar
Dash of Cornstarch
1/2 cup flour
This will be your base, it will be thin , but crepes come out very thin. Just fill the skillet enough with the batter to cook and flip quick
once they are done you can stuff with whichever you prefer, berries, banana's, jam, peanut butter, yogurt and get creative.
