    If I leave Ketosis, how long before it shows up on ketone strips?

    I had some food today, and I don't know all the ingredients, so I am curious if it broke me out of Ketosis...
    How long before I would notice it on the urine ketone strips? Would it be safe to say the next morning results are accurate?
