Hi all,
I am stuck and hope to get some advice.
Im a small guy (ectomorph) en really want to gain more weight. I dont care if its fat. And i do not excercise, but i dont have the time for it these months but i hope to start with that. (school etc.)
- I do eat alot. not enough for sure but i do eat enough things that can help me gain weight. Oats and bananas etc besides my meals also. So i am not looking for any food advice, thans anyways, just wanted to clear this oud dont want to be rude.
I am looking for a weight gainer. one to buy. A wieght gainers that helps a skinny guy like me gain more weight. I dont care if its with too much sugar or fat. The only thing i dont want is the possibility it can harm my hormones and i dont want that it has creatine init.
So I hope anyone can advice me a good weight gainer that helps me to gain more weight in a fast way bext to much eating.
Thanks.

He doesn't work out.. the odds are he doesn't know a thing about macros.
OP, eating more whole foods is best and you can always make your own gainer with protein powder and adding extras but it seems you want the simple option which is fine, a pre-made gainer. If so, I'd look into Mass Gainz by I-Force Nutrition. It's a very solid and complete weight gainer focusing on the whole food aspect with all carbs comings from oatmeal and quinoa, quality proteins, and MCTs (healthy fats) for fats. Tons of great positive reviews all over and tastes great. Will help you pack on clean weight.
