I'm sorry man, but if thats 3 years thats pathetic. You have to be doing something wrong. Get your diet on point, and just train. You look a little different, but what you accomplished in 3 years you could have done in possibly under one. And tell your friend to fuk off, he should be helping you on your journey, not putting you down. He should help you point out your training flaws in order for you to progress.

Just want to give you real talk because thats what you should want to hear. Is there a difference? Yes. Is there a big enough difference to make me think that its been three years between those pics if you didnt tell me? No. Not even close. You clearly lost some good weight at first. Awesome. But ****ing lift heavy an eat man wtf is this 15 week cutting bull**** when you jist lost so much weight? It can be mind ****ing to gain weoght again because it went against your weight loss goal you worked long an hard to achieve. But have the courage to brng yourself to another level. Dont think your any different from those people with physiques your mirin. You can do that an more. Honestly i say **** counting calories an just eat an eat an lift an run an constantly eat, lift, rest. Dont be afraid to get bigger better an achieve the physique you want

I was so depressed last month I just gave up on my diet and binged hard. I gained 20 pounds back. I learned my lesson. I look fat now. Im just eating at maintenance and just lifting hard as I can. Im afraid to bulk. I don't want to gain 30 pounds and attempt to lose all that fat again. That 15 week cut beat me. It was hard mentally and physically and caused me to binge. I barley cheated on my cut too.

Haha. After 5 years I'd be
this with another 50lbs of muscle (remember, volume and density) and whatever fat I want on top of that. Wider neck, shoulders, lats, bigger arms, wider waist.
