Some have ingredients that may help body composition slightly, such as forskolin. But the testosterone boost itself doesn't contribute anything to muscle gain. Nothing natural can raise testosterone high enough for that.

Check out Alpha JYM. It's currently sold out but it has all ingredients in proper doses. You could stack it with d aspartic acid too.

Would anyone stack Animal Test with DAA? Is there any need to use AIs with a natural test boost stack? What is a good OTC AI stack for a natty?(if any exist or there are any benefits). I know I'm only 24 but I am a cancer survivor and I believe my chemo/steroids(prednisone and a few others) may have slightly altered my hormone profile or receptors.

really the case with any TOC booster takes any where from 2-4 weeks before they start kicking in.
