    Skin

    I just joined this page maybe 3 weeks ago. I know the issue about loose skin has been big on this forum. I'm about 81 pounds overweight of my height weight range. BMI of 38.2.. I'm 5'7..my weight is 244 and trying to get down to 165 eventually but for now I want to get back to 180. My junior year in high school I was 180 then my senior year it was around 195. Last year I started college and by February of this year I was 216 but by June I was 244. I gain majority of my weight my first year in college and it has caused stretch marks on my lower stomach and some on my upper back. My lower stomach is slightly hanging but by one or 2 inches. But from the side it looks like it is just sticking out and not hanging so idk. I was wondering if I'll have loose skin or will it tighten slowly. I do cardio for 30-45 mins 5 days a week. I also do weight training. I'm a size 18 now but use to be a size 14. Thank you for reading all of this..

    It ultimately doesn't matter ecause if you do, it's punishment for gluttony. Just lose the weight, that's all that matters. Prob need to get to 130

    We're the same height, and I was way bigger than you (by about 30+ lbs).

    You have a lot of fat to still lose. Currently, I'm about 138, and I STILL have fat on my hips and abdomen. I need to cut down to about 120-125 to even begin to see if/or not I will need surgery.

    Keep losing, worry about the skin stuff later. I do recommend using Palmer's Stretch Mark cream though. I've been using that for like 2+ years now and although the marks are there, I think they would have been far worse had I not been using it.

    Exfoliate often. Take care of your skin as you lose.
