Not sure if srs...
C4 is a preworkout supplement buddy, not protein.Contrary to popular belief, I dont actually bench 900lbs, as stated in my username.
Supplement Stack:
-Orange Triad
-CreaCore
-MusclePharm Fish Oil
-Caffeine Tablets
Nutritional ketosis requires explicit reduction of CHO intake to generally lower than 50 g/d and, for some, <30 g/d. Protein must also be restricted, often to <1.8 g/d per kg body mass and sometimes to < 1.2 g/d per kg, with remaining calories composed from fat.

calculate your TDEE/Macros. Get your diet and training dialed in then add supplements to fill the holes. Protein supps are not for weight loss they are to help you reach your daily macros that you might not be sble to hit with diet alone.

First and foremost you need to focus on proper nutrition.
If you are interested in using supplements to aid you in your daily nutrition/training I'd suggest researching up further on what supplements are, what they specifically assist you with, and proper usage/dosage.
As mentioned C4 is not a protein supplement, it is a pre-workout supplement.USMC (2009-2013)

No supplement will make you gain/lose weight. To gain weight, eat more calories than you burn. To lose weight, eat less calories than you burn. Check out the stickies in the nutrition section to calculate your macros (fat, carbs, protein ratio) to best suit your fitness goals.
As stated above, C4 is a pre-workout supplement meant to give you energy to enhance your workout. If your goal is weight loss, look into getting a whey isolate as they are usually lower in fat/carbs/cholesterol than other proteins.

There is no best protein for weight loss. Protein is protein, protein powder is just powder protein. As others have stated head to the nutrition section, calculate your TDEE / Macros, make sure you are getting an adequate amount of protein per day.
c4 is a pre work out supplement which can help give you extra energy and focus in the gym, it is a good product if you are looking for a pre workout supplement.[Current Log] - Muscletech -- Phoshamuscle -- 8 weeks - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=166646471

I appreciate the c4 support but if you want a god whey product get your diet in check first and realize whey is meant to supplement your diet and what you do not get from whole foods
Cellucor does make a good protein product that is in a lot
F flavors and buy 2 get 1 free
For a basic chocolate or vanilla I would suggest controlled labs , BioX because it's 30% off, or scivation
These are all cost effective and really well flavored
