i gotta admit! he looks like he has gained most of his size back on! hope the diet doesnt eff him over..
I think Cedric should become Mr Olympia before the age of 40.

watching such a high quality pro like Vic and then looking at kai......really, WTF!
Hopefully he doesn't lose TOO much size while cutting down. 10 weeks out is not far out at all.

6th position at the Olympia if either Dexter, Ramy or Rhoden come off, 8th or 9th if he comes off... I'm thinking 7th place is the most realistic.
