I could be as big as I wanted if I just found the right supplement
The way to get bigger was to train more.

Mostly what I thought was naturally attainable. I used to think natty bodybuilding was the only honourable way to get jacked, then I realized all these truly honourable people weren't very jacked.

Started working out in Venice Beach around all the pro's back in the days, saw all the bikes being rode then and knew.

since i was skinny, miscers told me to eat everything in sight and just do big compound lifts. isolation exercises were for pussies and women

ended becoming fat as **** with no aesthetics whatsoever

I wanted to get strong before i focused on aesthetics so I done 5x5 every thing bicep curls, lat raises, you name it i done it 5x5 for about 3 months lol.

I'm coming around to being able to tell the signs. Feelsbad that most of the guys with my goal physique don't appear to be natty


edit: I also thought the cell tech was the muscletech product, and laid in bed one night, debating if I'd pick up a tub. (didn't end up getting, feel like a goober now)

Also the bulk thing, thinking if I constantly ate and ate I would bulk up and look jacked. Nope, that was just a dreamer bulk lol.
