    I will now use this thread to post my riveting tales, so listen up chaps.

    Today and yesterday I counted my macros for the first time in probably 2 years using choosemyplate.gov for my nutrition class.

    Yesterday I thought I ate around 1000 calories for the day, was a chit day, slept most of it. Ended up eating 2500 calories

    Today I ate a pretty average amount for myself, currently I am at 4832 calories, with at least 500 more to go. When will it be my turn to gain weight on 3500 cals???



    (For the target calories, it told me I was overweight (BMI bullchit), so the only option it gave me was either maintain or lose weight lol.)

    This site is actually pretty easy once you figure it out. Only thing that pisses me off is there is no section to input macros for things not in their database (like proton powder), you just have to find something close.

    Ah I see. I did a presentation on trans-fats for an Academic and Professional Skills class last week. Got an A, just missed out on A+ because I hesitated when I saw that something on my slide that didn't match my speech (forgot to change it).

    Only one who looks like they lift, but if I had to guess, I would say 2 other guys lift in the class. I haven't seen, and most likely won't see anyone else's charts, but I'm sure mine is way out there and the teacher will talk to me about it lol.

She's old and outdated on info, such is lyfe at a poverty comm college, also its her last class she is ever teaching.
