half of an M-STAK bottle
long story short, i got half way through the bottle before i had stopped taking it because of REASONS THAT DONT MATTER SO DONT ASK!!anyway i have about 8 packs left in the m-stak bottle and im not sure how to approach taking this again. Perhaps i will buy another bottle so i can continue taking afterwards....but my question is how would i work in the transition between the 8 paks i have and the 21 that would come later.
Do i take the 8 and the next 21 with no breaks? take 8, week break, continue with 21 packs? im confused!!!

you can start up and jut take the extra 8 pack along with the next cycle
