Brahs who are professionals DO NOT trust your female staff. They will try to screw you over however they can. (Story is partially altered to secure my anonymity.)
As some of you may know I got fired from my last job due to making a joke about the WNBA. Some of the female profesionals (I'm a professional) got pissed, thought it was sexist, went to complain and I was fired. At my new job I had two staff members go complain about me again for these two reasons.
Staff #1: I go by her station to drop off keys to the work car. She and a few of the other female staff members had food out eating, pretty much open for everyone to eat. I eat some and they say "Better not eat that" and I say "Why?" they say "Just because, don't eat it" so I just shake my head and eat it. Then they say "oh the place we got them at employs a guy who it is rumored to jizz all over the food" then they all start teasing me about me eating it and I just shrug and smile and say "well I still thought they tasted good". Trying to go along with the light teasing, I'm the new guy, trying to fit in. I go along with the joke. Well two days later I am dropping the keys off again and I say to one of the girls who was teasing me "you better get some good clean food, not all of us like food that have that flavor".
BOOM HR fukin complaint for me saying inappropriate chit. The women make a joke, laugh, I try laughing with them, then I make a follow up joke to go along and boom I get called in. Luckily my boss sees that it is BS as they initiated the joke first then get offended when I make a follow-up joke about the SAME CHIT. I just get told "You are a guy and a professional and from here on out just stay clear, just what you got to do".
So that is the kind of chit men in a professional setting have to deal with. Don't like the WNBA? HR Complaint. Women make a joke, tease you, then you tease back to try to continue the joke? HR Complaint.
Staff #2: We are discussing a matter where an older guy is with this younger woman and she is just looking for a sugar daddy. I say to staff member joking about the absurd age difference "Wish I had a sugar mama to buy me stuff. You should get a sugar daddy and get free stuff too. Good racket". Boom Complaint. I mean it's just fukin insane. I even said I should get a sugar mama but by saying she should get a sugar daddy that is now "offensive".
Mind you in neither of these instances did staff come to me, say anything to me like "Hey that made me feel uncomfortable what did you mean by that?" Nothing like that. In the first example the staff member went on and kept joking with me after I made my comment. Nothing said to your face, all behind your back.
Oh and staff member #1's dad came in to work, talked to me in private, and threatened to mutilate me in the worst way you can mutilate a man if that ever happens again.
Hence forth I close the door to my office, all conversations to staff is kept to a minimum, and any conversation with fellow professionalss goes on behind closed doors so as to avoid anyone hearing half a conversation, getting offended, and going to report chit.
So beware brahs. Limit interactions with any female coworkers and especially with any females you supervise to the bare minimum. One wrong word, someone takes one thing the wrong way, boom get ready to get fired or have a complaint filed.
The only saving grace was my boss who understood this (boss is a woman btw). I've noticed this bullchit is an issue with women in their 20s. You get older women in their 40s and 50s and it isn't nearly an issue. What scares the chit out of me is when the women in their 20s are in their 50s and in positions of authority then what do men do? Walk around, head down, say nothing, look no where.
This is the world we live in now.
Cliffs:
Supervise women
Women make joke and tease me I tease back, I get HR complaint about it
Woman's dad comes into work, threatens to mutilate me in a way that I'm no longer a man
Joke with another women about me getting a sugar mama and she getting sugar daddy
Complaint about me making the comment
Women in 40s and 50s seem reasonable. Younger women are fukin crazy sensitive.
Keep conversations with young women and women you supervise to a minimum at all times
Stay safe

Lol at people who complain about women in the office.
I work in a STEM field and women aren't very common.

Ya bro in one of my part time jobs the crazy ass low ranking manager would constantly manipulate the workers into hating new employees that she didnt like.
Since most of the ppl there were younger girls or whiteknight betabois they would agree with her without giving the new workers any sort of objective chance.

Nope I can confirm its still an issue for ALL women.
I work with ONLY women (ages range between 32-70) and brb constant bickering/ reporting things to the boss for NO reason. You have to agree with EVERYTHING they say or you risk this happening.Future PA

Unreal. I tell you what if I get fired for some kind of bs again I am going to spend a few years and become an electrician then I am moving to Poland and getting the fuk out of this country. I am srs. No kids, no wife, if I can't even go to work and enjoy it and contribute then my reason to get up to see the next sunrise is questionable. Getting real fukin tired of this society.
