It's his traps and forearms, arms and chest way too big compared to his traps. Looks like he's on that curl/bench bro routine. Also I'm still waiting, weezy says you should do it.

I edited my post, horrible forearms as well + small wrists to arms ratio. Starting early on his mid life crisis I suppose? Not hating on rock because I think he's awesome, but he may be a few years too late.

He could probably sort out all the size issues if he wanted but he doesn't really need to, lol. He's got everything going for him.

I didn't say he didn't look big/juicy. I'm just saying in that picture he looks ridiculously disproportionate. Look at his forearms compared to his chest. Hell, compare his forearm to his bicep(which also sucks in that picture). Also, his traps suck.

I agree with your point on his forearm looking small (proportion wise) but I find that the wrong camera angle can often take away from someone's forearm size

His chest is too big for his delts IMHO. He needs to bulk up his delts so he can in turn bulk up his bis/tris and then work on those 12yr old girl forearms.
