Anyone ever read this?
Obviously you have to be at a safe 500 calorie deficit "diet", but I've had a digital copy of this for years and have never read it.

IIRC, because it's been years
Positive Points
-No emphasis on doing millions of ab exercises
-Getting lean as a function of diet emphasized
-Emphasis on the importance of weight training and esp. compound movements
-No overemphasis on supplements
Negative points
-Overemphasis on "eating clean" to an unrealistic degree for most (I am talking free range/organic)
-Some I think unsubstantiated "scare" foods (e.g. phytoestrogen/estrogenic compounds) but what do I know
-IIRC it's of the you better eat 6 meals a day school. I am convinced that's hogwash.
