well just got through month 1, and took my first update pics, have to say I am very pleased so far, obviously going to be skinny fat once I have finished cutting, but will have a better platform to build back up. I estimated 25% starting BF and currently 22%, but what do others think?
Short term goals:
March 1st 91kgs (200lbs)
Aprils 1st 86gs (190lbs)
Long term Goals:
Jan 1 2014 95kgs (14-15%)
May 1 2014 91kgs (10-11%)
Current diet - 1900 cals (7-800) deficit
Routine - (all pros beginner)
Cardio - (2X week 30-45mins incline treadmill at 3.5mph- (may increase to 3 times as weight loss has been slower last couple of weeks)

As you can see tat is only thing to have grown this month

The hard part is realising its a long term thing, just impatient for better results.
I was also surprised when I put the photos next to each other this morning, it really got be determined to keep it up. I have a feeling next month may be harder, as there isn't the water weight or bloating I had at the start.
