    Carb Powders

    Are carb powders good to take daily pre or post work out ? or both? like 1 scoop

    Ill take carbohydrate powders pre and post workout. I like to use karbolyn or malodextrin pre workout and post workout Ill use dextrose, karbolyn or malodextrin. When I take them pre workout Ill mix them with my pre workout or pre workout meal. Post work out Ill mix them with my whey protein shake.

    For me, on days of the big 3 lifts I gas out very easily.

    Halfway through my workout and I will be like omg i wanna go home so badly.

    I use glycofuse and aminolast together and it gets me through my workout like a breeeeeeeeeeze

    basically should i take it post or pre workout for only lifting days(only one since its only lifting day)

    then both times for lifting and cardio days?

    cause cant carbs make u gain a ton of weight
