what would they be? One related to fitness, and one related to life in general. I don't have too many regrets in life, but there's a couple things I'd do differently if I could.
My fitness one would be never trying to cut on 1300 calories. Damn near developed an ED, and looked like death. BRB, lost nothing but muscle mass, still trying to recover almost a year later.
Life in general, I think I would change the way I was during my 4.5 year relationship with my high school gf. Gave up so much that meant something to me for her, completely trusted her, only to have her cheat on me. Should've known a leopard can't change it's spots... Not saying I didn't have fun in that time, but I've learned that relationships don't need to be one sided.

I would have done better in high school.
and I wished I was never a phat phuck. There are parts of my body that will never tighten up, and I will always wear the scars of what I've done to myself."Be careful about reading health books. You may die of a misprint."

It's tough because the things we've done in the past, good and bad, define and shape who we are today.
Fitness:
I wish I knew when I was ~16 what I know now. I would have started lifting and be in a lot better shape
Life:
Too hard to answer. Maybe would like to have chosen to do a Sports & health related science course in University. I'm going to try to do it now but it's going to cost me at least 3,000 each year with no support (and for a part-time working 21 year old it's going to be tough).Sports Science & Health Undergraduate

fitness: just wish I started younger with current knowledge. I think if I would have been 14yrs old with current awareness, things would be much different.
Otherwise: probably would have spent more time in college/high school exploring what I wanted to instead of being indecisive and choosing something just to make sure I graduated. Most likely would have ended up in medicine or something."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Fitness: like most, I wish I knew in my teens and early twenties what I know now and had started much earlier.
Life: probably a toss up between never getting into drugs (luckily that's far behind me now) and I've always regretted dropping out of high school early and not getting a real college experience.
My life could have gone so many different directions had I not done the latter. But, at the same time I wouldn't have my daughter or be proud to say I've served my country for 5 years and got to be a sergeant in the United States Army. So I suppose all's well that ends well.

1. I wouldn't have dreamer bulked to 310 in HS.
2. I would have studied exercise physiology and become a CSCS instead of wasting my time with web design."Nutrition for powerlifting: If you are serious about it, you will eat f*cking everything and get strong as $hit." - HamburgerTrain

Fitness - Not go anorexic during my time in college and wasting a good 3 years of overtraining and doing too much cardio. Going from 200+ playing high school football to near 125 pounds and losing a ton of muscle.
Real life - not making so many major past life mistakes, after losing both my grandparents in back to back days from lung cancer, and also my grandfather on my dad's side from alcohol abuse and a suicide it really set me back and almost put me on the verge of depression and i did a LOT of stupid things that i do regret, and now i have learned from them and trying to make myself a better person. Death hit me hard, but its a learning process to take negatives from positives.

lifting: same with lots of others - wish I knew what I know now 10+ years ago or at least developed the same passion I have now 10 years ago
life: I wish when I was 10 or so years old I would have just picked one thing to try and be the best at. This will sound arrogant but whatever - I was the kid who was just good at every single sport he played. My brother was the same way. I loved every sport so I played literally every sport (soccer, golf, tennis, basketball, hockey, baseball, others). My brother focused 100% on soccer. He ended up getting a full ride to play D1. He set every single record for his school for his position. He's played on 4 different pro teams and if he wasn't a head case (won't get into this) he would still be rostered. I feel like I could have gone this same route and wish I tried.
Also the above applies to the guitar which I wish I would have pursued 100%
