i know my levels should be atleast 750 for my age, and I'm rehabbing and injury so i need my levels optimal. Would a natural test booster help for this situation? pursue trt? Based on my lifestyle my test levels should be optimal so those are the options i have.

Assuming you're not trolling, then check your lifestyle. Drinking or smoking? If so, stop. Eat healthier food if you're junking out. I would not go for the TRT because I've read once you start you have to stay on and at 21 that means using gels or getting shots for the rest of your life. Rehab first for whatever injury you incurred and eat right. Then start working out again.

750? Where did you come up with that?
Your levels are entirely within normal range.
and I'm rehabbing and injury so i need my levels optimal.
Would a natural test booster help for this situation?
pursue trt?No brain, no gain.

Your numbers would be in what is considered "Normal" Range, However if you feel you're low have a full hormone panel run to see how your E2, Thyroid, etc are..
I would also say lately On this board and others I frequent I see alot of people seeking out TRT as a "Legal way to do Steroids" it screws it up for those of us who have natural test levels in the 140s (that was mine prior to TRT) Also remember TRT isn't a Cycle its for ever...
Before anyone goes on TRT you need to look at your Diet, etc. If you still feel you're low, look up Dr. Crisler at Allthingsmale he's the man in TRT.
