HI all.. I have recently had my body fat done etc it's 17.5% which is the same as 6 months ago. I ain't bulking as I want to have abs.. however I do wanna bulk abit..
I have mass gainer powder. Do you think I should drink it on training days only and before the gym or before going to bed on training days.. is it really possible to bulk but loose body fat. Would be grateful of help as I'm very new to it all.

It is possible , but it is a difficult task . To gain muscle you need a calorie supplus , to lose fat you need just the opposite ... Eat clean and train hard . I would not take the "gainer" , there are natural sources of carbohydrates such as potatoes , rice , oats , beans , etc . Not worth paying for sugar ...
