OPUS YASBERRY
Excited to start this log on Sunday. I will be doing Wendler's 5/3/1 and trying to lean bulk after my cut ends on Wednesday. My macros will be P/C/F 245/320/55 might up the fat a bit more as I go on since it is a bit low. Excited to try a non-stim pre which would be awesome as a product to use so I can cycle non and stim so I don't build up a tolerance to stims. Hoping for some new PRs and can't wait to get into this. Tomorrow will be my 2nd to last week of Jim Wendlers BBB 3 month challenge and after that I will skip deload and get right into a 5/3/1 with a bodybuilding accessory work plan.

My ratings and comments:
OPUS Yasberry:
Mixability: No trouble mixing just through it in the shaker cup provided without problems. Rating=10/10.
Taste: Solid taste easily one of the best tasting pre-workouts I have had.Rating=9.5/10.
Energy: A lot more energy than expected especially considering it is stim free. I wouldn't say it would give the same rush type feeling something with stims would, but had solid energy and endurance through my workout and was pretty veiny. Thanks, update is my hometown got crushed bad enough that I don't even want to know. Currently I stayed at my apartment at school one of the very few who never lost power in NJ. Lots of fallen trees, but looks like most missed houses and cars. Luckily my car was on a different street than usual or it might have been crushed. Gym is trying to open Thursday, but if I get the word it will be later I will be searching for a gym in the area that will let me buy a few day passes.Aspiring to one Day work in the Fitness/Supplement Industry....Taking it one barefoot at a time.

Glad to hear that. Most people still without. JCPL is doing a horrible job, lucky I have PSE&G at my apt unlike my parents who have JCPL.

Best I have felt in a long time. 2.5 Scoops Opus + New Headphones + New Assistance made for a great day. Felt pumped and great energy even with a lot more volume. Another really good day. I got a 7th on Squat, but it looked more like a squat mixed with a good morning so I am not counting it. Otherwise my squats have been going up nicely, which I kind of expected since they were so far behind my other lifts. Got in and got a solid day with DLs. Usually I would take a deload week at this time, but my body feels good and I don't really feel like I require one at this point so I will run through another 3 weeks of 5/3/1 and go from there on what I will do.
