I'm back on here after i almost made a bad decision. i was about to start taking gear until i started researching, and decided it's not for me. so now im looking for the best muscle building stack. i was trying to hold out for thermolife new products

I'm back on here after i almost made a bad decision. i was about to start taking gear until i started researching, and decided it's not for me. so now im looking for the best muscle building stack. i was trying to hold out for thermolife new products

I lke goin with a Multi Vitamin like optimen or AnimalPak, Def a Preworkout of somesort depending on your brand preferance and etc... , I like ON products so I take Pro Complex whey protein, and for night the ON Casein protein.

my current stack

PWO - jack3d Micro
Protein - ON Pro complex & Casein
MV - Opti-men 3x daily
and Fish oil capsules 3 a day.

With my current diet 5-7 meals, It has done some mas building for me.
