I'm really happy with it. I replaced my pre and post workout whey with it. I have no stomach discomfort and I am very sure I'm recovering faster. My muscles feel fuller to. I'm no science geek but I feel great and my strength is up so ill say it works. I read the study and it makes sense to me. It was recommended to me by several pros and i'm glad they did. Marc lobliner is doing a study on it now and I'm looking forward to what his results are.
