    Stiff legged dead lifts

    How often do you do them?

    What % of your normal deadlift do you lift?

    What benefit do you see them giving you?

    I used to do them more often, when I was lifting frequently. I haven't done so much with them in recent years. I have had several hamstring injuries in the past five years, and my flexibility is reduced somewhat. I was thinking of adding them back to my program, but wanted to get some feedback from others first.

    They strengthen the hams and lower back alot. I'm deadlifting mid 7's and I don't go higher then 315x10 with knees fully locked. Usually on leg day after squats.

    I did stifflegs this morning, nothing major, was also wondering it there is any point to them, my flexibility also suffered alot cuz of it. Or am i better of doing standing goodmornings

    I do them every week after squats. Proly go up to 75% of max with slight bend in leg, less if fully locked out, just depends on how I'm feeling. My hamstrings are one of my best body parts, this could be why. One of my fav exercises though along with GHR.

    I do them with like 60% of deadlift max, but I don't do completely straight leg and I touch toes with bar while standing on a box
