    Smile 6 months transformation/progress - from Swimmer to Weight lifter (somehow)

    Hey , im Aidin , 18 y.o , been swimming for 8-9 years now along with kick boxing. I dislocated my left shoulder this summer so i could hardly compete anymore , so i decided to lift weights , the pics are from summer 2011 untill now ( may 3 , 2012 ) . i know im a skinny b**ch lol but i would like to know your comments on my progress / look . Here are 5 pics , the first three are recent pictures (After) and the last two are before ones

    Back has definitely gotten bigger I can't really tell on your chest though it looks the same in my opinion still looks good either way man

    As thin as you are you got a good V taper going on (1st back pic is good (avi). You got that lean swimmers body still (which is not a bad thing). Going to have to eat more and lift more for fitness/body builder look but I think you can make some decent progress with a good diet and routine.

    Definitely switching up your routines is a must that's how I saw a horseshoe definition in my triceps and when you work your chest make sure you work all muscles of the chest

    first of all i appreciate ur time and putting comment, secondly , bro i eat like a crazy ****kk , my diet is tuned , high carbs proteins a bit portion of fat , every thing is in right order, but genetically i have a really high metabolism , my friends tell me : " wtf broo if id eat like u , id be hugeee as hulk " , but yea i know im skinny but i think by the time my metabolism lowers and ill have a better bulking result

    tru , how often do u switch ur routine tho ? i do every 6 weeks , and take one week off and on 8th , ill change the whole thing

    Freakin' hard gainer than, eh? Ur not really "skinny" though man. You know how swimmers just tend to be fit and lean and sh!t like that. That's ur appearance. Getting around genetics can be a b!tch. Ur 18 tho..you're metabolism will change as u get older for sure. I was a thin guy too. Patience brother...patience. And I always looked at it this way: better to be lean and cut than the alternative! Carry on man...good luck!

    Why do you only want a "bit portion" of fat? That may be your problem. At your weight you should be eating at least 90g of fat a day.

    I switch it about every two months and don't be so hard on everyone bro Im sure ur eating a lot but your only 18 I'm 20 and once you get older ur metabolism catches up with you and you will start to see some definition

    **** yea im such a hard gainer ! and yea i know swimmers are lean all year round, but since i quit swimming my body should be adapted with another phase lol but it doest listen to me lol keeps itself lean bitch

    bro i honostly dont count down my calorie and fat intake , but definately track down the carb and Protein .

    Track your calories fat carbs and protein fat is a must good fat like nuts u have to have fat to gain muscle hell u have to have fat to even get a six pack because your abs are muscle just trying to help out bro.
