Hey , im Aidin , 18 y.o , been swimming for 8-9 years now along with kick boxing. I dislocated my left shoulder this summer so i could hardly compete anymore , so i decided to lift weights , the pics are from summer 2011 untill now ( may 3 , 2012 ) . i know im a skinny b**ch lol but i would like to know your comments on my progress / look . Here are 5 pics , the first three are recent pictures (After) and the last two are before ones

first of all i appreciate ur time and putting comment, secondly , bro i eat like a crazy ****kk , my diet is tuned , high carbs proteins a bit portion of fat , every thing is in right order, but genetically i have a really high metabolism , my friends tell me : " wtf broo if id eat like u , id be hugeee as hulk " , but yea i know im skinny but i think by the time my metabolism lowers and ill have a better bulking result

Freakin' hard gainer than, eh? Ur not really "skinny" though man. You know how swimmers just tend to be fit and lean and sh!t like that. That's ur appearance. Getting around genetics can be a b!tch. Ur 18 tho..you're metabolism will change as u get older for sure. I was a thin guy too. Patience brother...patience. And I always looked at it this way: better to be lean and cut than the alternative! Carry on man...good luck!
