Is it harmful to take before every workout? I have been working out 6 days per week.
Thoughts?

Ive taken some form of preworkout basically every day for 8 years, since I first tried one. Even on rest days. I do take low doses and never above the recommended. (These have been NOxplode in all its iterations, jacked, Animal Rage (still the dumbest name ever) C4, Pregym, and probably a few Ive forgotten)

I lift 4 days a week and take a pre workout every time.
But there are stim free pre workouts, and various stim levels of pre workout, which I rotate, so it isn't always stim, or much stim
I generally avoid all stims on the other 3 days of the week which helps never any tolerance or dependence issues, could probably go over 4 days a week but eh

I utilize various pre-workouts but I do take some form of a pre-workout before every workout. For instance, I have my high stimulant pre-workout Max Out for days I need a lot of energy. I use SuperPump Max, my lower stimulant pre-workout for days I need just some energy, and Hemavo2 Max, my non-stimulant pre-workout for days I don't need energy.

I take preworkout before all my workouts. Have been for the last 3 years. You mainly build a tolerence over time. I usually decrease caffeine intake when my calories go up when I'm bulking and then caffeine intake increases when I cut.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Don't use it everyday or your body will get used to it and it won't be nearly as effective as when you only take it as needed.

I will have some form of caffeine daily. Pre workout before all my workout sessions. Off days will include coffee....sh*t ton of it lol

Most days of the week honestly. I drink a coffee in the morning then some days I'll have a half scoop of PWO about this time because my day is dragging. Oddly enough, lately that's been all I need and I've been using a stim free pwo before the gym. I've been doing just fine like that.

I have a black coffee in the morning. Pre-workouts are a waste of money and pretty sure they mess up your insides.
