Have you tried Craiglist in your area? I got the Bodycraft F430 with lat attachment and 200 lbs stack for $600. The guy was a mechanic and he even custom made upper/lower band pegs for me price inclusive. Granted the BC is a bit thinner (12 gauge vs 11 for the X-mark) and smaller in depth and width. But still it's rated to 1200 lbs. Having said that, if I were buying new, I would definitely get a separate dedicated lat pulldown. The rack attachment, while convenient, is a bit awkward to use (I have to rig up a leg holder for lat pulldown) and does limit your usable rack space.

Well I kinda found 2 different one's ,a Valor BD-11(about $450 shipped) & a Bodysolid GPR-378($500. local BS store tomorrow),might be leaning towards the BS its built with thicker metal & has deeper rungs so you dont have to hit the uprights then slide down when returning the weight, the BS one's extend further out,the only thing the BS doesnt have is the dip bars but its built like a tank, probably get the lat attachment as well.
