    Some people feel it helps, some people say there´s no added benefit. The above poster said it´s a waste of money, but I recommend you try it for yourself. Provided you´re buying the right type of creatine (plain and simple cheap creatine monohydrate with nothing else mixed in) then you can easily afford to try loading since creatine is extremely cheap. Each serving is only around $0.10-0.15 and I´m pretty sure you can afford that.

    Just discussed the other day, read bottom of first page. Creatine loading is useless.
