I don't get really sore any more

Who else loves getting painfully sore? I do yet I don't get as near as sore as I used to makes me sad.

While I do like feeling DOMS from time to time, DOMS =/= increased strength. Moving more weight = increased strength.

The only things I can tell you are to lift heavier and/or do some different exercises.

I enjoy occasional soreness. Doesn't occur as often anymore though, which is normal.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

As long as you're making progress it doesn't matter if you get sore.

    Good luck!

I always get sore. After every single workout.

Why? I change my workouts every time. The same muscles are worked, just with different movements. If you do squats one workout, do lunges the next, add in some leg press as your main quad lift the next time. You will be sore and you should keep getting sore in my opinion (im not saying you wont get stronger/bigger if you don't). I have DOMS right up to the time of my next workout about 9 times out of 10.

Soreness doesn't always have to accompany a good workout. Alot of times soreness is more an indication of poor hydration. If you are drinking lots of water & are hitting the glutamine good chances are your recovery time is shortening and muscle endurance is improving.
However, if u are plateauing and not making anymore strength or physical gains...your workouts may not be intense enuff or you need to increase weights, or even switch up your entire program. If this isn't the case- i wouldn't worry about thepain thing.
    Just an opinion. Good luck
