    Jubbaj's workout log

    ABOUT ME

    5'10" 193lb 17 year old from California, turn 18 in January. I have been lifting infrequently for about 2 years now, have managed to put on quite a bit of mass including fat. Right now, I'm around 25% BF, looking to cut down and get a more toned look. Looking to gain some more muscle mass as well.

    Only problem I'm having I guess is getting a workout program that works with the equipment I have at hand. Can't go to the gym at all really since my schedule is always packed with schoolwork + part time job so I'm looking to build a miniature gym in my room. Would like advice on which workout program to follow for mass, preferably minimal equipment (dumbbells, barbell, etc)



    THURSDAY, AUGUST 25, 2016

    -started cardio today
    -mild running/sprints for 20min
    -bicep work and back work at night (no organisation here, just do 3x8 or until failure for a variety of workouts)
