Is this a good stack???
is this a good stack? force factor for nitric oxide, body basix - freeform AAcomplex for bcaa's, iso mass xtreme gainer for protein, multipro32x for vitamins, and AST sports science micronized creatine monohydrate for big boosts. im 19 yrs old, 5'11 155 trying to get to 175 to 180 realisticly. ima full time student and ive done the research and i think i got all the essentials in this stack. i lift 4x a week with wednesday and weekends off. im pretty strong for my size, i have a bruce lee type of body, but i just want mass and strenth ...but is this a good stack or is it too much? anyone???, its just im just now starting to stack...
