THIS WAS LIKE 4 MONTHS AGO, my weight was 180 not sure about the body fat , now i'm 157 10% bodyfat if i'm correct. what's your opinion should i do a clean bulk now cause i've noticed i dont have the same strengh as before

thank you, first i cleaned my diet and dropped all the unhealthy food but kept my carbs high and i lost like 8 pounds just like that in 1 month, then i started dropping a lot of carbs like half of what i was eating and doing some cardio walking and high reps at the gym to burn some calories. i think i cheated like 3 or 4 times only with some pizza and hamburger

idk man can't tell you cause i really don't count that kind of stuff first idk how and 2nd no time for it... i just weighted myself every morning with no food or water in me and kept track of it. what i did for example in the morning i used to take two white bread toast i changed it for 1 whole wheat toast ... 2 spoons of rice with beans and a banana with 1 and a half chicken breast .... for beans and half a banana and 2 chicken breast.. get the idea? dropped my carbs and increased protein a little
