Was skinny fat for a long time. Took forever to change body shape. Would rather be fat fat or skinny skinny, in the middle is just torture.
Had to literally cut, target exercise certain body parts then clean bulk and even then you look terrible compared to people with good body shapes.
brb can hold up cans with stomache
brb look obese when bloated
brb lots of tummy skin
brb **** progress when lifting.
brb people laugh when you watch what you eat and tell them you go to gym.

is more complicated than that. I think the reason why people are skinny fat, is because they have little muscle mass just like an ectomorph, but they have more fat cells on their abdomen and loves handles than the typical ripped ecto
so even if the skinny fat guy gets lean, he might add fat on those areas very fast when bulking even if he is careful
The reason why many skinny ectos are able to bulk without adding fat on their abdomen is because they have very little fat cells on those areas and overall

ITT more retards who want to "bulk" and "cut" without even having a basic diet in check, decent training routine, any kind of muscle maturity, or a brain cell. Keep up your bitching, there is good reason you are skinny fat.

I know you're being hyperbolic, but being that upset about it will work against you in a lot of ways. The anxiety and self loathing make you crave the foods you know you shouldn't eat (the fat part of skinnyfat), the extra cortisol your system pumps out will make for poor sleep, food cravings (body needs carbs to make serotonin), and chronically lowered testosterone and HGH (the skinny part of skinnyfat).
After New Year, take a month and eat nothing but whole foods (fruit, vegetables, eggs, meat, nuts, brown rice, organic dairy; no wheat or white/refined sugar), do something every day to relax (Watch a movie, play some video games, read a book, paint a picture, etc), work out but don't kill yourself, sleep 7 hours plus per night, and see how it goes.
