What is the reason for including pull ups, push ups and dips each day?

+ push ups & dips work much of teh same muscles.

I prefer to target only one major muscle group per session. However, I'll mix in smaller muscles (biceps etc.).
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
